It is hard to fit in a lot with training period, let alone additional sports on top of it. You rock Wes!

Sleeping in until 7 am, haha! For some reason on vacation I would wake up at 7 am all the time - with no alarm clock. No fair! I wanted to go till at least 7:30!

I am impressed with your riding skills. Your fast. I rode 24 miles today in 2.20.12. That is SLOW!!!

But I am really digging the bike riding. It is a lot of fun.
