- I am falling apart, literally. My lower back hurts and my right wrist is killing me. Le sigh. The wrist thing is old stuff from my golfing days. Children, do not hit the ground before the ball in your swing.
- My swim fitness has been suffering a bit. My swim last week was cut short (20 minutes or so), and when I got to the gym last night, it felt like I had not swum in months. I actually went to the gym at 5:45 PM, through a driving thunderstorm, only to find out that they added Aqua Fit classes to Monday and Wednesday nights. Grrrrr! After my warm up and first couple of main set intervals, I was feeling like my old self.
- I feel the need to get in a two hour run today. I'm going to take it easy and just spend time on my feet. Hopefully, my back will cooperate. If not, I'll bail as soon as I think its necessary.
