Thank you so much for the comment you left me!45 miles on a (very nice) bike is amazing. Blue is an awesome color ;)
You and your house and your bike look hot indeed!
gotta be the bike...
Hot and FAST!!! Nice work Wes, you are rockin on that bike!
i think you're too fast for your shirt. team hill slug. bah! they are gonna kick you off that team!! LOL
Good ride, Wes! It sure is nice to get out there and lay down some miles on a beautiful day. I just need to get out earlier in the morning to get the run in before the heat is insane.I have personally committed to doing a short jog at a minimum after each ride, just to get some transition work in. It has paid huge dividends to me so far, and I really don't have much difficulty transitioning any more (i.e. wooden legs). I would recommend it, but also advise doing what's right for you.
Wow- 19 average for 44 miles- yoy'll do great at the oly.Fantastic race report also.

You are totally hot, and you averaged 19mph that is amazing, Wes
Just remember to not hike those shorts up too high, we don't need any male camel toe photos! Well, I guess I'm just speaking for your male counterparts, Dee Dee may say otherwise! (nice bike!)
