Its Official
I'm still obese. LOL. Check out your BMI at this website. Good thing is it agrees with me on how much weight I need to lose. 29 pounds. And, it tells me I need 1932 calories a day to lose 2.5 pounds a month. Cool.

Nobody's perfect - I'm still figuring that part out. You'll get there - we all will!
Heck, by BMI I am on the high end of normal edging to overweight. They don't count muscle vs fat. Not that I don't believe I am normal and need to drop a few lb to be "more" normal:) But the caloric formula is a great help! As long as you'd be willing to count every piece.
I agree with Olga! Muscle accounts for much of this... as does body type/bone structure. The most important part is that you're doing all the right things to get to your target BMI already!

You are in good company! I am obese as well. *sigh* I don't feel obese anymore, but none the less I still need to lose 30 pounds.
I just had the school nurse do my bmi and it was 22, and i do have a fat ass, so I don't think it really counts either, because supposedly 22 is good, I don't know!
Nobody's perfect! I did it, and then said I need to lose some abdominal fat! Ha! No kiddin'. Tell, me something I didn't already know! hehehe :)
WOW! I believe most of the time that the BMI is a bunch of b.s. Keep up the hard work. You can get there.
